- We will send out a junk expert to assess the job and work up a custom quote for the cost to clean out the estate. This quote will cover our crew’s labor, all hauling expenses, and even disposal fees.
- On cleanout day, a fully prepared crew will arrive ready to work. They will gather up all unwanted items from the estate. Big or small, it doesn’t matter. We can move any or all items out of the space.
- We’ll check in with you to make sure you are pleased with our progress and see if you need to add anything to our to-do list. Remember that we don’t just clean inside the house! We’re able to remove yard debris and outdoor junk too.
- When the cleanout is complete, you can pay the bill with cash, card, check, Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle, or Cash App. Don’t worry about covering any unexpected fees, because our upfront pricing is all inclusive and firm.

This may include couches, chairs, mattresses, bedframes, tables, and more. What about particularly large items such as entertainment centers, wardrobes, and consoles? That’s no problem! Our crew will remove each of these things from the home, taking care not to bump into walls or scratch up doorways. We’ll determine where each item should be taken and then do the hauling. Garage clean out and junk removal. The garage had been my father’s workshop and it was full of tools, wood pieces, screws, nails containers from over 50 years. He never threw anything away Jason, owner, was on time and gave us an estimate of how many truckloads it would take and how much it would cost, which was accurate. It took longer than he had expected but he continued until it was finished. He and Steve were professional and hard workers. They got everything out and swept and raked the floors.
